    Take Interamerican Route until Liberia. Turn left to Playa Del coco. In Playa Del coco, follow Ocotal's banners. From Nicoya take the route to Liberia and then turn left at Guardia-Coco crossing and then follow the signs. From Tamarindo take the route to Liberia and turn left at Guardia-Coco crossing and follow the signs. Ocotal Beach is a calm sandy beach about a third of a mile in length and ideal for swimming, snorkeling and beach activities.
