Property Description
This 6 bed, 6 bathroom house is one of the few houses that is located right on the beach. Completed in 1999 it is in El Tule, which is equidistant from Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, in the secure sub-division of Costa Brava. The size of the patio and the beach make it a great house for weddings and entertaining. On the lower level are 2 guest suites both have ensuite bathrooms with showers, private balconies, and central air conditioning. Above the main house has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has view to the beach and ocean, satellite TV, and a large Jacuzzi bath. The common area is airy with windows open fully to allow the cool breeze to flow through. Here are a small dining area, living space with satellite TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen bisects the common area. Stepping out of the house onto the patio you are provided with the living, reception area. The patio has a gas range and grill. Finally there is the rectangular pool.
